Purchasing a product grants you specific usage rights as outlined below.

This license applies to standard loop purchases unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• Use loops in music productions
• Monetize songs on streaming platforms
• Perform the music publicly
• Upload to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.

You may NOT:

• Resell loops as standalone files
• Share files with third parties
• Include loops in competing sample packs
• Redistribute original files

The license is non-exclusive.

Kanyon Productions LLC may license the same loops to other customers.

For custom loop orders:

• The loop is created specifically for the client
• Usage rights are defined at purchase
• Unless exclusivity is purchased, Kanyon Productions LLC retains ownership
• Client may use in commercial releases

Resale of raw files is strictly prohibited.

If an exclusive agreement is purchased:

• Ownership rights are transferred as defined in the contract
• The loop/track will be removed from public sale
• A written agreement will outline full terms

For session work and recording services:

• Usage rights are determined per project
• Buyouts must be agreed upon in writing
• Credit requirements (if any) will be discussed before release

Unless contractually transferred, performance rights remain with Kanyon Productions LLC.

All audio content is protected by copyright law.

Unauthorized use, distribution, or resale may result in legal action.

By purchasing or downloading any product from Kanyon Productions LLC, you agree to this License Agreement.
